New Zealand – NZ Telecom allows for high-fly service

NZ Telecom subscribers flying to select destinations around the world will have access to in-flight mobile service. Both Emirates and Malaysian Airlines will help provide roaming service on certain high-volume flights to locations such as Australia, Asia, Europe, and South America. This service is likely to be a valuable tool for business travelers.

UK – T-mobile releases new international pass
The T-mobile brand is introducing a new incentive for subscribers who are looking for discounts on international calls. There will be lowered rates for more than 50 high-volume countries including Australia, France, China, and the USA. These deals seem too good to be true, but should attract quite a few new customers for T-mobile.

Portugal – TMN updates mobile broadband tariff

TMN has updated its current mobile broadband data tariffs.In the past, when one Portuguese operator announces a tariff change to its mobile broadband portfolio, the others quickly follow. Portugal was one of the first EU countries where its mobile operators first began offering 21.6 Mbit/s mobile broadband.
